Fees – Terms and Conditions – Payment options

  • All fast-track courses are as priced at the course page plus GST
  • Fees must be paid before you start the course – Payment plan can be made with the management
  • Fees can be paid by E-transfer, Credit cards, Cheque, Cash, and Draft options
  • Entire fees must be paid before the course/class begins

Refund Policy

  1. All students must confirm the amount if not sure with the administration before the payment if in doubt
  2. Registration fees are not-refundable
  3. We do not offer refunds for any of our service consumed
  4. Refund policy:
    • If you cancel prior to the program’s start date, you will receive a full refund excluding the non-refundable tuition deposit. You must provide the cancellation notice by email to info@iofit.ca as well as calling to the office on 403 207 0273. Registration fees are not refundable at any time.
    • If you cancel on the first day of classes and before the classes begins, you will receive 50% refunds . There are no refunds after class begins
  5. Your paid fees are not transferable from one program to another
  6. Credit balances for students who are registered or plan to register in a future term will be carried forward and applied as appropriate for the future term and must discuss with the administration
  7. Any student expelled from IofIT for any reason is not eligible for a refund. Student who withdraw before completing their program will not receive refund for any term – fully or partially completed.

Tuition deposit refunds:

Iofit will consider refunding the tuition fees less a $250 administrative fees under the following circumstances only:

  1. A student denied the admission
  2. A student admission requirements not met
  3. Receiving refunds based on point 4 of refund policy
